Do you think you receive too many emails, or they aren’t relevant to you? We want to understand how you feel about the amount, type, and topics of the emails you’re receiving in your student inbox.

Your experiences and feedback are invaluable to help us understand how we should be communicating with you!

We’re looking for volunteers to take part in a study that will require a few minutes of your time each day. The study aims to understand:

• how many emails you are receiving and from whom,
• are the emails relevant to your level of study,
• are you receiving more than one email on the same topic,
• what makes you want to read an email?

Participants will be asked to answer a few questions each day on their student inboxes through an online survey. Your responses will remain confidential and we won’t be asking to see any details of the content of your emails. All student participants will be given a £10 Amazon gift voucher upon completion of the study.
