Some of you will be sitting assessments in January and we would like to share this useful information with you to help you prepare and feel informed.
Timetables
A personalised version of your examination timetable is now available via the Intranet.
Travel
To help you arrive at your 9.30 or 14.00 exams in plenty of time, First Bus will be running additional buses on the 90, 91and 92 services from Monday 6 January through to Friday 24 January. You can view the timetables here.

Exam Venues
Your exams will be held in venues across both the Singleton Park Campus and Bay Campus, as well as external venues. Details of these including maps can be found below:

The assessment period can be a demanding time for many students, but the Centre for Academic Success can provide you with lots of useful study tips and resources that focus on sharpening your skills, to become a more effective learner. There are a range of E-Learning courses to choose from, such as Effective Revision and Mastering Exam Success.

Borrow a laptop or use a PC on campus
Did you know we have laptops available for you to loan at both Singleton and Bay Campus libraries? If you need to borrow a laptop ahead of exams, head over to our library webpages to find out how. The process is really simple.
There are also plenty of desktop computers for you to use across all campuses. Some are bookable, and some can be used without having a prior booking. You can find out more information here. You can find more details about out of hours PC labs on our Study Spaces webpage.

Support and advice
We’ve got just the thing to help you prepare for the upcoming exam period! Hapus, our online Student Life Toolkit, has tonnes of top tips and information to help you plan your study schedule, avoid procrastination, and deal with stress and uncertainty. You can visit Hapus here.
The Students’ Union also have an independent Advice and Support Centre, the team will be available to students for drop in sessions during the assessment period.
