This year discounted race entries are available to University students, staff and alumni. Discounted entry is priced at £30 and that amount will be refunded to any individual that hits their fundraising target of £250 for our campaign Making Strides for Mental Health.
Please note the points below:
- Discounted entries must be purchased using this form: 2025 Registration – Swansea University
- Once purchased we will aim to issue your unique link within 24 hours, keep an eye out for an email from Eventrac.
- All donations must be uploaded to your JustGiving page by 30/06/2025 to be eligible for an entrance fee refund.
- Gift Aid is a UK tax incentive that allows charities to reclaim 25p for every £1 donated by taxpayers at no extra cost to the donor. As per JustGiving’s method of counting, Gift Aid contributions do not count toward reaching your £250 target. Only direct donations are counted when determining eligibility for the entrance fee refund and other rewards.
- Refunds will be made to all eligible fundraisers within two weeks of the fundraising deadlines closure (30/06/2025).
