We’re pleased to introduce the new Service Centre portal, designed to provide staff and students with a more user-friendly experience.

This upgraded platform replaces all of the existing ServiceNow portals, making it easier to find the services and information you need for IT & Digital, Finance, Marketing and more. It brings all the services currently in ServiceNow together in one place.

Some of the key features you can expect from the new portal include:

· Enhanced search – Quickly find requests, knowledge articles, and services.

· Improved navigation – A streamlined interface with room for future services

· Familiar tools, upgraded – Report IT Problems and access the Knowledge Base with enhanced multi-department support

· Personalised workspace – Save frequently used services with “My Favourites”

· Dedicated Topic Pages – Easily explore service areas relevant to you

· Virtual Agent support – Chat with the Virtual Agent anytime

· Improved view of existing tickets – Manage all of your existing tickets more effectively

You are not required to change or update any of your settings, these changes will take place automatically and any existing links on the My Uni pages will re-direct to the new portal. The most common route to the portal is from the My Uni homepage, by clicking IT Service Desk on the left-hand menu navigation, and by clicking the app support tile on the My Swansea app.
