Mental Health Awareness Week: 12–18 May 2025
In recognition of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week, which celebrates the theme of ‘Communities’, we want to shine a light on some of the brilliant wellbeing and support services available both on and off campus.
At Swansea University, we’re committed to building a supportive environment where you feel safe, connected and empowered. Whether it’s through a friendly chat, an event, or a moment of reflection, there’s always a way to take positive steps for your wellbeing.
Please remember, you’re never alone. Support is available, and we encourage anyone who is struggling to reach out, whether to a healthcare professional, a friend, a tutor, or a family member. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
We want to empower you to make healthy, confident choices during your time with us. Find out more about mental health support and who you can speak to in a crisis on our student support pages.
