Your brand new Hwb service is now live, and we’re looking forward to meeting you!
How you access information has changed over the summer period, and MyUniHub and the Faculty Student Information teams have now merged into one simple, student-focused service.
Hwb is your go-to hub for all things student life, whether you need help with your student record, assessment, booking appointments, or collecting your ID card, Hwb can help you online or in person.
Access Hwb online
You can access Hwb online through our Knowledge Base where you can find answers to common questions. If you need a little more help with your query, you can raise a ticket on our service desk, which allows you to track the progress of your enquiry. Some of the topics we can help you with include:
- Enrolment
- ID card issuing
- Student finance and fees
- Course and programmes queries
- Assessment and exams
- Disability and wellbeing queries
- Student letters and forms
Visit Hwb in-person
You can also speak to a member of the team at the following locations between 8.30am to 5pm:
- Ground floor of Engineering Central, Bay Campus
- Ground floor of the Digital Technium, Singleton Park Campus
Please note, MyUniHub and the Faculty Information Desks are now closed and there are new locations should you wish to speak to a member of the Careers and Employability service.
Following the launch of the new Careers and Employability service last academic year, you can drop in to see the team between 9am to 4pm at the Abbey Stable Block, Singleton Park Campus, or the School of Management Employability Hub (Atrium building), Bay Campus.

Good morning,
My name is Tharshiga Pilon Rajaratnam (student ID: 2237243), and I have recently completed my studies. I applied for a teaching assistant position and registered with Prospero Teaching Agency. They have requested a letter from the university to confirm that I have completed my degree.
I have already sent my degree certificate, but they require official confirmation from the university stating that I have completed my studies and am available for full-time work. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in obtaining this letter.
Thank you for your help.
Good Afternoon Tharshiga.
