Your experience getting to, from and around our campuses really matters to us.
As a result of your feedback, we saw several improvements to bus services at the start of this academic year, including the extension of the X1 service to Singleton Campus and the N91 running until midnight. However, we also recognise that the First Bus industrial action has caused significant disruption for many of you.
We’ve introduced various other measures to support your journeys, including extended Fabian Way Park & Ride access, enhancements to Swansea University Cycles with new hubs now live and more planned, and cycling support ranging from repair workshops to bike marking and free lights and locks.
Your ongoing feedback helps us to:
- Plan improvements to active travel, sustainable commuting and campus facilities
- Provide evidence to transport operators, including First Bus, to advocate for better and more reliable services
- Shape future travel initiatives that support a greener, healthier University community
