Chris is one of the School Reps for the School of Health and Social Care and we wish to commend him for his unwavering commitment to enhancing the University experience in his School!
At the beginning of the year Chris assisted with lots of Welcome events both for the University and specifically the Nursing department. He has co-chaired his Student-Staff Forums and was a big part of the ‘WhatUni’ Survey campaign.
He is currently taking part in the NSS intervention meetings with the Pro-Vice Chancellor for Education, to improve the student experience for nursing students, and always makes it a priority to raise students concerns and queries at those meetings.
Lastly, Chris selflessly moved his nursing placements for his course to the weekends so that he could be of help to students and staff in his School during the week!
We are taking this time to commend Chris for his dedication to his role and for providing students on his course with a platform to voice their opinions and make a positive impact on the student experience at Swansea!
