We are an inclusive and welcoming University, and we are committed to supporting the wellbeing of our students and staff. Did you know there are a range of support services available to anyone who may need it?
Our Listening Service
The Listening Service is run by our experienced Faith@CampusLife team and is available for all students and staff irrespective of faith, culture, gender, or sexual orientation. It offers a listening ear to whoever needs it and is completely confidential.
For more information and to book an appointment, visit our MyUni website.
Togetherall
Togetherall is a free 24/7 digital wellbeing platform. Sign up with your Swansea University email address to anonymously access online support with trained clinicians, as well as a range of helpful tools and resources.

Reporting harassment
We adopt a zero-tolerance approach to all types of discrimination, and there is no place on our campuses for racism, violence or harassment. If you feel you are being harassed or would like to report an incident, you can contact one of the University’s trained Harassment Advisors or use our form, details of both can be found in our Dignity at Work and Study Policy.
Your Students’ Union Advice & Support Centre also acts as a third party hate crime reporting centre, as well as being there to provide support and assistance to all students throughout their time at Swansea University.
Further information on reporting a hate crime can be found on our Equalities@CampusLife webpages.
Have you downloaded SafeZone?
Our SafeZone app is easy to download and gives you immediate access to on-campus security and our team of qualified and experienced first responders, through your mobile phone. The app lets you get help quickly in a personal emergency or if someone needs first aid or general help.
