This session will focus on understanding imposter syndrome and learning how to manage and overcome the thoughts and feelings you get. This will help you with planning and preparing for the next steps in your career.
During the session you will discover how to cultivate your self-esteem, learn some leading techniques to develop your self-worth and become a more confident person in any environment.
This session will be run by Phil from So Fit.
The workshops will take place on both campus:
- Bay Campus – Tuesday November 5th, 12pm-2pm
- Singleton Park Campus – Wednesday November 6th 12pm-2pm.
