We’re excited to introduce The Global Lounge, a new student space where you can connect, collaborate, and experience different cultures!
The new space will serve as a hub for both international and home students, offering a range of activities, events, and opportunities to engage as a community. Whether you’re looking to meet new people, participate in cultural celebrations, or learn a new language, the Global Lounge is where you’ll find it.
The Global Lounge is launching on the 1st May in the Harbwr Games Room in Fulton House, Singleton Campus, and we’ll also be bringing events and activities to our students on Bay Campus.
What to Expect:
Cultural events and celebrations – Experience global traditions, festivals, and themed events throughout the year.
Language Cafes – Practice new languages in a relaxed setting with our friendly Language Leaders, who’ll guide conversations and teach you useful phrases.
Social and networking opportunities – Expand your global connections, share travel tips, and meet like-minded students.
Comfortable Spaces – A welcoming environment to relax or meet up with friends.
