What does this mean?
Becoming HYROX affiliated gives our coaches access to a HYROX performance hub, which gives them performance tools, daily workouts and class tutorials to put on our own HYROX style fitness classes. Swansea Uni students can attend these classes for just £4.10.
HYROX Class times
Mondays: 7:00am
Wednesdays: 6:15pm
Sundays: 9:30am
Members will also receive early access codes to race ticket sales – so if you know of any ambitious students – let them know!
