During this workshop, you’ll learn how to develop self-confidence within yourself with achievable daily methods. You’ll learn how to adjust your mindset and behaviours to increase your confidence and ability to perform which will help you plan and take the next steps in your career journey.

You’ll have the opportunity to practice these skills in a safe environment with peers to help build on your confidence and soft skills.
