Every year we host Swansea’s own Postgraduate Research Festival to highlight the work of our PGR community.
The PGR Festival is an opportunity for the PGR community across the university to come together with events that showcase the fantastic work that PGRs are undertaking, bring researchers from different disciplines together, and create a space to recognise and celebrate the postgraduate research community.
There’s always a packed programme with hundreds of students and staff across our campuses participating in activities and student led events, culminating in the PGR Showcase which plays host to the annual 3MT final, poster event and PGR awards.
This Year’s Festival
We’ve got an exciting lineup for this year’s festival with new sessions on creative engagement, research identity, and inclusion and belonging in supervision, as well as the return of old favourites like Talking Research, Bake Your Thesis, and of course the PGR Showcase.
