It’s the time of year when the Admissions Office processes all Swansea University applicants’ examination results and also receives thousands of phone calls from applicants who are looking for a place through Clearing.

This year we are seeking help from students across the University who would be interested in staffing the Helpline.

• The Clearing Helpline runs from Thursday 15th August to Friday 23rd August (including the weekend of 17th and 18th)
• Staff must also attend x1 training session w/c 29st July or w/c 5th August

Please note: This opportunity will take place on-campus, so remote working will be unavailable.
