Please use the link below and read the instructions to register your attendance:

  1. Log into your Intranet Account.
  2. Click on the Graduation tab, which is located in the Events/Reminder box beneath your student photograph.
  3. Follow the instructions and complete the registration process, it’s that easy! You will receive email confirmation once you’re done.

The closing date for registering your attendance is Friday 10th May 2024.

Please note that guest tickets, robes, and photography will be available to book at a later date. Full instructions will be communicated with you (via email) at the appropriate time.

If you experience any IT related difficulties when registering your attendance, please contact the IT Service Desk. Please note the IT Service Desk only accepts emails sent from your University email address.

Please note, although you have provisionally been invited to attend the forthcoming ceremonies, registering your attendance does not automatically mean that you have successfully completed your programme. In order to be eligible for the upcoming ceremonies you must successfully complete your programme of study, with your marks confirmed by a Progression and Award Board and have no outstanding tuition fee debt owed to the University.

If you do not meet this criterion, you will be unable to attend your graduation and will be invited to the next available set of ceremonies upon completion of your programme. Please keep this in mind when preparing for the event, for example if booking flights and hotels.

Your Graduation checklist

Step 1:

Register your attendance. Hopefully you’ve just completed this step!

Step 2:

Book your robes and photography. We will email you when booking for your robes and photography becomes available.

Step 3:

Check eligibility. Your eligibility will be confirmed and communicated with you after the University’s Award Boards in late June.

Step 4:

Book your guest tickets. All registered attendees will be entitled to book 2 guest tickets free of charge! Additional guest tickets may also be available to purchase.   Booking your guest tickets will become available in early July, we will email you when!

Step 5:

You’re on your way! Check your checklist. If you’ve made it this far you’re on your way to Graduation. We recommend some final checks of our 5 step plan.

Don’t worry if you’ve already completed the survey, you’ll automatically be entered into the competition. The closing date to be entered into the draw is midday 30th April and the successful students will be contacted via student email.
